Health and fitness for busy people.

“To get rich never risk your health. For it is the truth that health is the wealth of wealth” .

Nowadays people have become so busy due to their work. It’s not only about the children or elders, it’s just everyone. Nowadays due to the pandemic it has been more tiring. Both teachers, children and parents are stressed. Children are always  busy in classes, writing their school work and studying for exams instead of going out to play. Will these children ever get this childhood back. And the teachers are always busy making students understand their responsibilities. Other people also don’t  have time to spare with their family and take care of their health too.

 Health is as important as money is for us . If our health is good we can work and earn money.

So we need to take care of our health too. 

We can take steps to keep ourselves fit.

  1. Eat Healthy And Avoid High Calorie  Food:

Obesity is a common problem with people who have a sedentary lifestyle and lack of time. High calorie fruits like desserts, meats, burgers, pizza, butter, white bread etc lead to weight gain. This increases the cholesterol and fat level in the body and by default you eat a lot more calories than you can burn. Office parties and outings pile on extra calories in the body. There has to be a gradual change in your lifestyle and eating habits. Fitness is a continuous habit and not a one time gesture.

2)Two Glasses Of Water Before Your Every Meal:

Drinking water before the meal can control your appetite as it makes you feel fuller and decreases the amount of food you eat which leads to weight loss. This practice won’t lead to overeating and will also suppress your hunger. It is one of the easiest things you can do when you have time constraint.Workout with kids & spend time-

The great way to be fit and at the same time to spend some quality time with family is by starting unrealizing workouts with kids. Little ones are more active and better than any trainer, dancing, playing video games and even talking with them make your mental health go away.

  1. Reduce your Alcohol intake(Drinking Alcohol is injurious to health):

Excess of alcohol can reduce your metabolic rate and also induces weight gain. It hinders your body’s potential to burn fat. Alcohol makes your body extremely dehydrated which results in fluid loss. The calories you consume are empty and has no nutritional benefits

  1. Schedule Your Workouts — Make it A Habit

How often do you get into the spontaneous mood to hit the gym or go for a run? Less than we’d like to, because surely there’s always something more “urgent” on our plate. A way to break this cycle is to schedule your workouts just as if they were meetings. Force yourself to actually reserve the time for your activities. By making them regular activities you will also create powerful habits.

  1. Spare time for relaxing

Busy presence causes somewhat stress due to full day working that affects individual health & wellbeing. To overcome the terrible day, the best way to stay healthy and fit is to learn how to do self-care and relax.

For this take a long hot bath and turn on the funny videos that give some laughter moments & make you comfortable plus relax your state of mind.

Ultimately health is wealth, and we all need to protect our wealth.
